Did that, as is indicated in my first post. No, you didn't do that (as indicated in your first post).
Both your db name and your db username need to include the identifier associated with your BH account separated by an underscore, e.g.,
define('DB_NAME', 'mysitena_sportname'); // The name of the database
define('DB_USER', 'mysitena_MyDatabaseUserName'); // Your MySQL username
As you have it in your first post, your BH account identifier isn't included with the MySQL username.
