Con il termine famiglia di fatto (anche definita convivenza more uxorio) si indica genericamente l'unione stabile e la comunione di vita spirituale e materiale tra due persone, non fondata sul matrimonio.
Benché in ambito sociale il fenomeno abbia assunto indubbia rilevanza, ad oggi, l'ordinamento giuridico riconosce concretamente e tutela solamente la famiglia legittima, quella cioè fondata sul matrimonio contratto secondo le leggi civili.
COSA NE PENSATE IN PROPOSITO?
PERSONALMENTE CREDO CHE LE COPPIE DI FATTO, DEBBANO AVERE GLI STESSI DIRITTI DI COPPIE PROPENSE AL MATRIMONIO.
