di lavoro si maturano 2 giorni e mezzo di ferie,e vale anche per le frazioni di un mese...cioè metà mese lavorativo,maturi un giorno e 3\4 di ferie.
questo per quanto riguarda il mio contratto di lavoro statale(che non è a tempo indeterminato)
