- Il 22 agosto di due anni fa, sulla spiaggia di Ostia dietro un cespuglio. Poi la sera di nuovo a casa sua, più volte per tutta la notte.

- Ti ricordi addirittura la data...

- Si, perché l'ho fatto apposta. Volevo tutto di lei, anche la sua malattia.
Lei era tutto per me. Mi prendeva e mi mollava come e quando gli piaceva. Se gli stavo troppo addosso, faceva di tutto per ferirmi e per allontanarmi. Ma se ero io ad andarmene mi riacchiappava sempre. Fino al giorno in cui non sono stato male e mi hanno ricoverato, ed è sparita.

- Non sai più dov'è? Non si è fatta più sentire?

- No, ma lei sa benissimo dove sono io. L'unico ricordo che ho di lei è questo qua.

- Ma questo posto lo conosco...

- È qui vicino. Era lì che ci davamo sempre appuntamento. Forse siamo ancora lì ma nessuno ci vede. Perché nessuno ha capito il nostro amore. O forse ci sono rimasto solo io lì...
