sono insolubili, ti immagini cosa accadrebbe se fossero solubili? :D
considera che la maggior parte della membrana esterna è fatta da fosfolipidi, che sono insolubili in acqua
la membrana è cmq permeabile all'acqua, secondo diffusione passiva
